I am a Master Certified Life Coach and Somatic EMDR Practitioner. I am dedicated to helping middle-aged women who have experienced emotional abuse and have been unable to make significant improvements in their lives despite having invested in talk therapy and/or other healing modalities. Having overcome the emotional, physical, and financial impact of prolonged childhood and domestic abuse, I am very familiar with the unique challenges faced by survivors. My program is focused on utilizing somatic trauma-informed techniques to help my clients overcome self-limiting beliefs, build self-confidence, and achieve a renewed sense of self-worth and empowerment. This program is designed for those who are actively pursuing healing, have already processed their trauma with a therapist, and are ready to manifest their best lives, but find themselves procrastinating or feeling stuck and stagnant due to self-limiting beliefs. My goal is to help my clients create the rich and fulfilling life they deserve.
